Includes cleaning of heat exchanger to allow proper draft and fuel efficiency, flushing of all old water in system (if necessary),

checking for CO2 and gas leaks, overall maintenance and inspection of unit.

Air conditioning cleanings: includes cleaning outdoor condensing unit with nu-brite cleaning solution, checking condenser freon charge, cleaning indoor a/c coil.

Forced air furnace cleanings:

(gas & propane) overall inspection of unit, changing of filter, checking for proper gas pressure, checking all electrical connections, possible gas leaks and wear on warrantied parts

Mini split systems:

Mini split duct-less systems are fully electric high SEER units capable of supplying heat down to -15 degrees, and cooling and de-humidification on the hottest days. These systems are perfect for homes without duct work and are non-invasive installations.  The units are quiet and can provide cooling at a faster rate then central air systems.

Central air conditioning systems:

Central air conditioning systems are the ideal cooling system to acquire the most comfortable and relaxing environment all throughout the summer. We service and install all major brands and suggest the outdoor condensing units be cleaned yearly to prevent overheating.
